SCOTT D. NEIGER passed away Oct. 22, 2010, with his family by his side. He was born June 28, 1958, in Mobridge, S.D., to Donald and Joyce Neiger. They brought their family of five to Las Vegas in 1962, where Scott grew up with his parents and two sisters. He was a state "All Star" high school linebacker for the Clark Chargers and graduated in 1976. He married Carolyn Hayes, with whom he had his only two children. Scott was one of the toughest, kindest and most carefree individuals. He will be missed by many. Scott is survived by his son, Steven Neiger; daughter, Julie Neiger; sisters, Debra Waltman (Tom) and Ginger White (John); three nieces; and a nephew. Memorial services will be at 10 am. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, 5825 W. Eldora Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89146.
