Ervin Simpson received his heavenly wings on March 31, 2021. He was born in Las Vegas, NV and graduated from Ed. W. Clark High School. He worked as a Sous Chef at various hotels on the strip and downtown area. His love of cooking was often showcased at family holiday dinners and barbeques. His relaxation time was spent fishing at any body of water with fish. He was also an avid reader of medieval novels. He is preceded in death by his mother Sophronia, brother Bill Davis and sister Beverly Street. He leaves to cherish his memories a father Lester Sr, brothers, Lester Jr., Rafus (Sheryl) and Hosie; sisters Jan Randolph, Marilyn (George) Williams, and Frindia (Earnest) Elliott; brother-in-law Davie Street; grandchildren Joseph "Rocky" Bradley and Seqouia Bradley and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
